Salary: £26k
Hours: 45 hours, over 5 shifts per week including weekends
Our opening hours: 8am – 4pm plus evening events

Who are we looking for?

An exceptional Head Chef to join our fresh-faced team. The successful candidate will be a leader with a team-player ethos. Excited by the fast pace of this industry, you will thrive under pressure. With the opportunity to have full creative input into our all day menu, you will excel at menu planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team of chefs.
  • Execute and develop our menu to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Stock management; ordering and taking delivery of food
  • Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
  • Food cost control
  • Rota writing
  • Training and managing your team of chefs
  • Ensure the kitchen meets all EHO regulations and uphold the excellent standard to which it is cleaned and maintained.
  • Work alongside the Front of House management team to ensure the smooth running of the shift.

The successful candidate will have:
