Practice, practice, practice

Our kitchen team have been busy working away practicing canapes for our pre-opening evening.

We’ve invited down local residents of Old Portsmouth, some friends and family, and most importantly, the contractors and people who made it happen – to have a sneaky peak around at what we’ve been up to.

On the canape menu we have:

Goats Cheese & Beetroot Pate on toasted wholemeal

Mini Spinach, Bacon & Avocado Seeded wraps

Manchego with Quince

Crab, Lime and Chilli in filo
